CEO Focus is a peer consulting group made up of CEOs and business owners. Groups meet once per month to work on business issues confronting our members. CEO Focus is comprised of 8 – 12 members from various industries and backgrounds. Our members find great benefit in:

Why should I become a member of CEO Focus?

We typically find that four things must be present to justify belonging. A member must have commitment, desire, humility, and be understanding of the return on investment. If you are not commited to working on the tough issues facing your business, CEO Focus is not for you. If you do not have a strong desire to do all the uncomfortable things that will revitalize your company, CEO Focus is not for you. If you do not have the humility to say “I don’t know all the answers”, as well as the willingness to gain outside input from like-minded peers, CEO Focus is not for you. Lastly, you must be able to justify that the gain far exceeds the expense. We have found that if the first three things are present, the ROI takes care of itself. Many of our members participate actively for many years. They do this because the cost of CEO Focus comes back in increased profits many times over.

What types of businesses belong to CEO Focus?

Every variety of business. It is this diversity that significantly adds to the value of membership.

Shouldn’t I want a group with only leaders in my own industry?

No! Your industry has inbred thinking. To break things loose it takes ideas from peers who don’t know all the “unwritten rules” of your industry. We have seen it over and over – the best ideas for growth and success often come from people from outside your industry.

How often are the meetings?

The peer group meets once a month. Also, each member meets with the CEO Group Leader privately for an individual 1 to 1 session once a month.

Aren’t the groups full of people who are struggling?

Absolutely not! Every business faces an occasional crisis. However, our typical group members are successful CEOs and business owners who want to be even more successful. Our groups consist of bright, driven men and women including MBAs, PhDs, Attorneys, CPAs, state and national award winners including leaders of both privately held and publicly traded companies.
